WHO WE ARE
At its heart, BASICS Church is a simple, sincere community gathered around Jesus, helping one another grow in faith and live it out in love as God leads each of us to use our talents, personalities, and passions for the good of others.
Ephesians 2:10 · Isaiah 55:12–13 · Galatians 5:6
We share a meal when we gather - no cost - because in the Bible, sharing at a table meant you belong here(more below).
Wherever you are in life or faith, you are welcome here — and we have a special heart for people who’ve been hurt or disillusioned by life, by others, or by church experiences that didn’t look like Jesus.
Let us help you find healing, (re)discover who God says you are, and move forward in the life He has prepared for you.
No hierarchy. No performance.
No one using your pain for personal gain.
Just honest people following Jesus and God’s Word together.
And here’s what still amazes us: healing doesn’t just change you. It changes the ground around you. Where thorns once grew, trees begin to rise — and those trees become a gift to everyone in your life.
That’s what we’re here for.

We see people for who they are today and the potential Christ is forming in them — not their past, not their wounds.

We believe God Word’s has truth and wisdom for life, so we don’t try to make Scripture fit our agendas or leave out inconvenient parts. Instead, we explore the whole Bible, in context, learning how to follow Jesus well.
